How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is made to order, just for you.

Production time: typically within 7 days

Shipping time (U.S.): 2-5 days

Total: ~9–12 days


 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping times vary depending on location, but typically range from 10–21 business days.


 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also email us at fatherandfounderco@gmail.com if you need help.

 

 

👕 Products & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

Most shirts are available from S to 3XL. Size availability is shown on each product page. Be sure to check the sizing chart before ordering.


Do your shirts shrink?

We use high-quality cotton and blends. Minimal shrinkage may occur — cold wash and air dry recommended to preserve the fit.


 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer exchanges or replacements for items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Just email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving it.


What if I ordered the wrong size?

Since each item is made-to-order, we can’t offer size exchanges unless there’s a defect — please double-check the size guide before ordering.

 

 

🎁 Gifting & Special Requests

Can I buy this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our products are popular gifts for birthdays, Father’s Day, and business milestones. Just use the recipient's shipping info at checkout.


Can I add a gift note?

Currently, we don’t support gift notes in the package — but you can always send a personal message by email or social media after checkout.

⚙️ Order Issues

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please email us immediately. If the order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to change it. After it ships, we unfortunately can’t redirect it.


My package was lost or delayed — what do I do?

Reach out to us. We’ll look into it and help you file a claim if needed. We want you to be taken care of.
